A disciplined approach to enterprise outbound.

How enterprise opportunities are prospected, multi-threaded, and qualified before entering the active sales cycle.

01

Precision Account-Based Prospecting

03

MEDDPICC Qualification Rigor

Outcome: Protects Account Executive time by advancing better-qualified opportunities.
04

Airtight CRM Hygiene & Forecasting

Use disciplined Salesforce logging, standardized stage progression, and lead routing to keep opportunity data current and useful.

Outcome: Supports cleaner handoffs, reporting, and forecast reviews.

04 · Athletic foundation

Coachable under pressure.

My dad coached me growing up and held me to a higher standard. Competing as an NCAA Division I student-athlete taught me to separate ego from performance, respond to direct feedback, and stay composed under scrutiny—habits I bring to difficult territories and high-rejection outbound work.

“Give me a tough territory and I will figure it out—not because I am special, but because I show up every day and I do not take shortcuts.”

05 · Beyond work

Patience, systems, and consistency.

A 400-square-foot backyard garden built from the ground up

After my son was born, I wanted a demanding project that kept me close to home. I built the garden from the soil up, including irrigation and trellises. Like building pipeline, it rewards a sound system, daily work, and patience. It has also given me more time at home with my son while teaching me a different kind of discipline.

06 · Interview Q&A

How I approach the work.

01How did your experience as an NCAA Division I athlete prepare you for sales?

Being a coach’s kid taught me to separate my ego from my performance. The higher standard built thick skin, coachability, and composure under scrutiny. In cold outbound sales, where rejection is constant, that foundation helps me work through objections and maintain steady output under pressure.

02How did you sustain 170%+ quota attainment?

Three things: precision account mapping instead of mass spam, multi-threading across multiple stakeholders so no single contact is a bottleneck, and dissecting Gong recordings weekly like game tape to refine discovery and eliminate friction. Consistency is the whole strategy.

03What drew you to cybersecurity sales?

Cybersecurity has direct financial and operational consequences for every modern enterprise. Whether selling cyber simulation at Cyberbit or risk quantification at Fortify Data, I enjoy helping CISOs connect technical threat models to executive-level business impact.

04What is your approach to coaching junior BDRs?

I never asked a junior rep to make a call I would not make myself on speakerphone. By standardizing objection frameworks, call hooks, and CRM hygiene into clear playbooks, we eliminated guesswork and accelerated time-to-first-meeting by 20%.
